Live-updating stats for my week of meditation experiment

by | Jul 24, 2013 | Productivity Experiments

I haven’t had as much time as I thought I would to provide updates during my week of meditation, but I did have time to create the charts below!

They show, in real-time: a breakdown of which types of meditation I’ve done, how many hours I’ve meditated, and there’s also a place for me to jot down notes throughout the week.

To update the charts, just refresh the page.

Thanks for visiting! On Monday I’ll have a post with everything I learned during this experiment.
