I’m going caffeine-free for 31 days. Want to join?

Are you in—or do you want to post on The Wall of Excellent Excuses?

Article too boring? Click here for a random one!

I’ve been feeling like experimenting lately. This time, to confirm a theory I have: that caffeine is making me anxious. So I’m going to go without it for the next 31 days to see what happens. You’re welcome to join in if you want–more on that below! (I don’t expect many takers!)

You can vote below on whether you’re in or out—and why!

If you want to participate, there’s also an option to fill in your email address, as I want to hear how it goes!

You're on it.

Can I ask you a follow-up question about how the experiment goes (via email)?

If you're not on my newsletter, I'll only ever email you about the experiment.

Rope some friends in—misery loves company.

Fine. If you have a sec, tell me why!

Your excuse will appear on the wall below. The best ones might make the newsletter…

You can also respond to me over email if you want in (or whether there’s no way you’d ever participate). Either way, I’d love to hear from you! If you do the experiment, I’d also love to hear whether you’re going cold turkey or tapering off how much you have. (I’ll be doing the former!)

Hope you have a great weekend!
